Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not permitted on the Mojo & Max Africa platform. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited activities

• Posting unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or defamatory content.
• Sharing malware, exploit code, or instructions intended to harm systems or people.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise harvesting data from the service in ways that violate these Terms or interfere with normal operation.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, row-level security, or other safeguards.
• Impersonating another person or organization, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Spamming feature requests, comments, votes, or contact forms.
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights you do not hold.

Reporting abuse

To report a violation, email abuse@mojoafrica.dev with as much detail as you can provide. We investigate every report.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, in our sole discretion. Severe or repeated violations may also be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
