These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, learning platform, community, and related services provided by Mojo & Max Africa ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

The service, including its design, code, brand, and content we publish, is owned by Mojo & Max Africa and protected by intellectual property laws. Course materials, templates, and case studies are licensed for your personal, non-commercial learning use unless otherwise indicated.

6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojo & Max Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mojo & Max Africa from any claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mojo & Max Africa's principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
